When a twin sofa bed is fully extended, it runs around 54 inches wide and 85 inches long. This smaller-sized sofa bed is sometimes referred to as a “chair and a half” or simply as a chair bed. Bear in mind though, these smaller sleepers aren’t always less expensive than their larger counterparts.
