How can I pay to buy the item?
Atbuz.com accepts all types of credit card (Visa, Master card, American express, Discover) via secure payment by PayPal, you don’t need the PayPal account for the payment processing. Also accept payment by PayPal.
Get help with a purchase
If you have questions about an item, or you’re having issues with a purchase, first contact the seller directly. Shops ship their own items and set their own policies for exchange, refunds and returns.
You can find the vendor contact information on the product detail page.
Shipping fee and policy
Buyer can find the shipping fee and policy (Free shipping or payable shipping fee) on the item page. The buyer can contact directly to the vendor (find vendor contact info in the item page or vendor store page) for any shipping problem. When the order is complete, the buyer can find the tracking number on the order page.
How can I return, refunds or exchange an item to the vendor?
Before purchasing, it is best to locate and get familiar with the shop’s Shipping / Return / Refunds / Exchange policy. You can view this information by clicking the Shipping / Return / Refunds / Exchange link at the product detail page.
Specific questions about a shop’s policies are best answered by the seller. You can contact the seller before ordering to get clarification.
Returning an item
It’s important to have a return agreement with the seller before you ship an item back. This means you’ll want to ensure that you have the following:
- Confirmation from the seller that they’ll accept the return
- A return shipping address provided by the seller
- The timeframe in which the seller expects to receive the returned item
- An agreement determining which party is responsible for the cost of return shipping (the buyer or the seller)
We also recommend holding on to all records of return shipment (like tracking information or a postal receipt) in case further action is required.
Issues with a transaction
Since each seller on Atbuz runs their own shop, Atbuz is not directly involved in transactions between individual buyers and sellers.
This also means when you encounter an issue with a transaction (such as a non-delivery or an item not being as described), we ask that you first contact the seller directly to work towards a resolution. Because Atbuz is not directly involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers, we are unable to issue immediate refunds for purchases.
While it’s our hope that both the buyer and seller will come to a mutual resolution, we can’t guarantee this will be the case.
If you’re unable to get in touch with the seller or work things out with them directly, the next step is to contact us with more information possible.

Click “Ask owner” on the product detail page on the right side of the image if have any question about the item.
This will send the seller a message through the message system.
